Forevers At Miss America

If you're anything like me, you love "Behind the Scenes" stuff. (And, you must be at least a little bit like me if you're reading this blog.) But that's the stuff that interests me. What's the electric bill at Disney World? How many people are in the clubhouse during a Red Sox game? What happens backstage before a musician comes out to perform. I'm not there to witness those things myself, and I love finding out how it all works.

That's especially true at Miss America. With such an enormous undertaking with so many people involved and so many people watching, how does it all go down? How about before the competition? What are the titleholders doing in the hours, days, weeks before taking that stage. Again, I've never been there so I'm curious.

In this case we're all lucky. While I've never been there, many Section 36 Forevers have. Even better? Some of them have been willing to share those BTS stories with all of us through a series of guest blogs. I thought it would be a great idea to collect them all here in one place. So, please. Read and enjoy.

And find out what it's like to be a Section 36 Forever competing at Miss America!
