Other ways Katelyn and S36 Forevers have "Committed to Confidence"
Life is always trying to teach you…learn, listen, and reflect.
To create balance, one must be enough for oneself.
The rest of the world can wait.
Take time for you <3
This week I am focusing on letting go of resentment.
I asked myself “How do I truly let go of resentment?”
Resentment is a negative emotion – feelings of frustration and disappointment because you were mistreated or wronged by another person. Those are valid feelings, 110% BUT, you have the power over your emotions. You are stronger than your emotions.
Next time you are experiencing resentment – try to replace resentment with love.
Love always wins.

In life, your journey will never be linear with trying to accomplish your goals. However, everything in time is working for you.
Your failures are leading you closer to your success and your success is leading you closer to your failures. You have to have BOTH.
Failure + Success = Best Version of Yourself.
Work Hard. Think Hard. Be Consistent.
Do not fear your future or failures – embrace them.
Isaiah 60:22: “When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen.
Your soul is attracted to people the same way flowers are attracted to the sun - surround yourself only with those who want to see you grow.
We have to start appreciating all that we bring to our own lives.
When you are living your life confidently, freely, and without restraint, your energy will glow.
Let yourself heal - in your way and at your own pace.
Every step taken in mindfulness brings us one step closer to healing ourselves.
Embrace.
Express.
Process.
Heal.
Grow.
Remember this, sometimes your wound is not your fault but your healing is your responsibility.
Food for thought:
Most people barely know themselves…….
So,
↓
Why does it matter what they think of you?
Remember who YOU are and YOU will change the game.
A new month, a new mindset:
“Interrupt Worry with Gratitude.”
Sometimes in life, the plan does not work or go to plan. Before starting to worry and become anxious, interrupt worry with gratitude.
Change the plan. But never the goal.
No matter how many detours or delays we encounter, we will always be led back to where we are meant to be.
“Interrupt Worry with Gratitude.”
Dear me,
stop worrying & start believing.
xoxo,
Future me.
You deserve good things in all things. You are powerful. You are strong. You can achieve your goals. You deserve to dream.
Keep pushing for yourself and your future self.
Be the person you needed when you were younger.
Change the story of your direction.
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs.”
1 Corinthians 13: 4-5
Let this be a reminder to lead with love and kindness.
The greatest love one can give to their community is faith, hope, and remaining love.
Do not wait for others to be loving, giving, compassionate, grateful, forgiving, generous, or more… lead the way.
You have the power to lead and become the leader people need.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” - Proverbs 3: 5-6
Stop ruining your mental health over people and situations that you have no control over, it's time to let go.
The power of letting go allows one to unlock potential.
Courage is the power to let go of the familiar.
Take back your life with the power you have always had.

True belonging only happens when we present our authentic, imperfect, and radiant selves to the world. Which creates greater self-acceptance and acceptance of others for who they are.
Vulnerability is the foundation of love, joy, belonging, courage, creativity, and empathy.
The only way to change how we present ourselves is by taking responsibility for who we are with the good, bad, and everything in-between.
You deserve soft, gentle, kind, and authentic love created especially for you.

Determination.
Grind.
Discipline.
Grit.
There will always be a reason why you can not do something; your job is to constantly look for the reasons why you can. The same voice that is saying “give up” can also be the same voice saying “keep going”... only you can decide.
Continue to keep challenging yourself every single day.
It is your time to shine.
Trust the process.
